Coming from a history of performing arts and natural therapy, Deanna’s client-centered interpersonal skills, communication, empathy, and understanding are unmatched. She has a passion for design and acquisition, a thunderous laugh, a sizable heart, and an entertaining disposition. Deanna is your beau idéal agent to guide you through buying or selling property.

While LA is her hometown, Deanna has also lived in England and Australia, giving her a global perspective on design and culture, a perspective that assists her in navigating the current home situation in Southern California. In fact, Deanna is the owner and director of a company called “The Home Situation”, and has been listening to and finding solutions for her clients’ needs for over 20 years.

Deanna is passionate that every human being should have access to affordable housing and make a livable wage. She puts her event planning and production skills to use as a volunteer with Path (People Assisting The Homeless), where she and her team help kit out the apartments for future residents. Transitioning from the street into permanent, supportive housing can be overwhelming, and it is Deanna’s joy to be able to create a beautiful and calm space for the residents to navigate a new chapter in their lives.

Deanna has eclectic taste in design, from white rooms with lots of plants to earth domes in the desert to spaces with retro prints, leather chairs, and a disco ball. She loves working with her hands, whether creating ceramics or renovating furniture, and she also loves to laugh, so improv and comedy shows are Deanna’s jam.
