Bordered on the West by Beverly Hills and the popular outdoor shopping mall The Grove on the East, Beverly Grove was an unofficial name given to refer to an area proposed to be subject to an anti-mansionization ordinance in 2006. Today, the area is home to some of the best dining and shopping options in Los Angeles, and the anti-mansionization battle rages on as the homes on the quiet tree lined streets of Spanish and Traditionals are redeveloped as large Contemporary, Cape Cod and Modern Farmhouses.

Beverly Grove is home to some of the most iconic spots to “be seen". High-end Sushi restaurants, classics such as The Ivy, vegan cafes, "The Pink Wall" and LACMA's Urban Light exhibit are just a few of the spots you might see a crowd gather to snap the perfect Instagram post.
