With over 23,000 agents in 50 states and four Canadian provinces, partnering with REAL is our next evolution as a company, and a vehicle for us to grow and expand in ways we couldn't as an independent shop. While not an acquisition, this partnership plugs Craft & Bauer into the infrastructure of REAL, allowing them to do the heavy lifting on administrative tasks so we can focus on what we feel most passionate about - nurturing, coaching, and helping our agent thrive.

As a small business, agents are the core of what we do. We're always asking ourselves how we can make our agents' jobs easier, better, more productive, and more profitable. This partnership will empower our agents with new tools and technology, enhanced marketing, wider learning opportunities, and personal guidance on building their own brand. This partnership allows us to focus on the strongest parts of what we do on a daily basis - our branding, our culture, our accountability, our business planning structure, and our coaching - to help our agents create the best experience possible for our clients.

State of the Art Technology and Tools

One of the things we have always tried to focus on is aggregating the best technology and tools for our agents. Partnering with REAL provides them with even more cutting-edge technology to help them manage deals, track their progress, connect with the community, and reach support 24/7. Our agents will have direct contact with a broker on every file, access to a robust legal department, and a detailed feed featuring the status of their transactions and listings right at their fingertips. In addition to C&B University, which will continue to grow, agents will have access to REAL's daily live trainings as well as 150+ learning and development opportunities with top brokers, agents, and industry influencers.

Our creative component is already a huge value, and REAL's AI-powered technology will help to make the creative process even more self-sufficient. With Craft & Bauer's Creative Suite, our agents will be able to upload listings and have marketing materials automatically created, including a Spanish-language option. They'll be able to design and print mailing campaigns, digital newsletters, and landing pages instantly, making the process efficient and seamless for their clients.

Empowering our Agents to Thrive

The direction of the real estate brokerage environment is changing. Consolidation of bigger companies - growing through acquisitions - often leave their agents struggling on their own while also taking a greater share of their commissions. When an agent joins a big box brokerage, their splits are dictated, their marketing is dictated, and they're only making money for themself and their brokerage. On the other side of the spectrum, tech-forward real estate brokerages are growing at such a rapid pace because agents as a whole are tired of giving up to 30% of their commission to the brokerage.
