The Community

Hermosa Beach is home to an energetic, family-oriented, and outdoorsy community. It's a higher-end and very friendly neighborhood, and there's almost always something to do. The people of Hermosa Beach are mostly established professionals who like to have fun in the sun. Downtown Hermosa Beach is characterized by quaint shops and fabulous restaurants, and you'll often times run into your neighbors strolling around town.

Hermosa Beach sits in the larger South Bay community, and is isolated from much of Los Angeles (although the accessibility to LA is quite easy.) As a result, Hermosa Beach feels like a small beach town, and the community embraces that lifestyle.
