The Culture

In the 70's and 80's, Manhattan Beach was a pocket of a beach town, defined by local dive bars and rough surfers. While Manhattan Beach has fundamentally evolved into one of the most high-end beach towns in Southern California, it continues to maintain its SoCal beach roots. The culture is very much a higher-end, professional and family-oriented beach community.
