With friendly neighborhoods and A+ ratings for schools, North Scottsdale draws in families as well as retirees. Students will attend schools that are part of the Paradise Valley or Scottsdale districts, depending on where you live, and for homeschooled kids, Taliesin West hosts special visits focused on the arts, architecture, engineering and science.

Professionals, retirees, and families live throughout North Scottsdale, and in the upscale DC Ranch area, the Silverleaf neighborhood is home to movie stars, entertainment executives, and CEOs. One of the largest employers here is the Scottsdale Airpark, which employs close to 55,000 people in its nearly 30,000 businesses which range from home improvement to retail to luxury car dealerships.

The hub of the community is TPC Scottsdale, the home of the Phoenix Open, where you can watch the masters in February and dine on the patio overlooking the 9th green or enjoy a meal with family, friends, and neighbors at the exquisite Toro Restaurant and Rum Bar any time of the year. Fantastic healthcare is also close at hand with the Mayo Clinic - Phoenix just to the west.
