Gabriela Flores is an Estate Agent with Craft & Bauer | Real Broker. Born and raised in Echo Park and shaped by her years growing up in the heart of Downey, Gabriela brings a deep sense of community and a builder's mindset to every client she serves. She earned her bachelor's degree in 2014, majoring in sociology with a minor in psychology, an education that sharpened her instinct for understanding people and what they truly need. For Gabriela, real estate is not simply about transactions. It is about building dreams and unlocking doors for everyone who feels their goals are out of reach.
Before stepping into real estate, Gabriela spent more than ten years in the dental field, where she managed five different offices over the course of her career. Those years built a foundation in leadership and operations management, client relationship and customer service excellence, and the kind of problem-solving and team development that keep a business running smoothly under pressure. Today she also manages her husband's general contracting business, giving her a hands-on understanding of construction, project timelines, and what it takes to turn a vision into a finished home. Her husband was the main reason she took this step, and together they share a vision of building dreams and opening doors for others.
At the center of Gabriela's work is a simple belief: every successful client relationship is built on trust, communication, and genuine care. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, selling a property, or simply exploring their options, her goal is to make them feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. That same philosophy shapes how she sees design. Her favorite design influencer is Joanna Gaines, whose ability to transform houses into warm, functional, and beautiful homes while keeping families at the center of every choice mirrors exactly how Gabriela approaches her own clients.
Gabriela is a wife and a mom to a seven year old and a five month old baby, and she is never afraid to start over and stay consistent in order to grow both personally and professionally. She is passionate about causes close to her heart, including affordable homeownership and housing education, family and children's well-being, community revitalization and neighborhood improvement, and midwifery care. When she has the chance, she and her husband load up the kids for camping, off-roading, trips to the lake, and travel, with the Getty Center remaining one of their favorite places to explore together.
