Kelly Corsino
ESTATE AGENT
Kelly Corsino is an Estate Agent with Craft & Bauer | Real Broker. A licensed REALTOR® since 2004, Kelly built her foundation as a savvy investor and house flipper, even earning a spot on the Discovery Channel for one of her early transformations. In 2002, she spotted predatory lending practices flooding the market and predicted the crash years before it hit, calling 2007 as the turning point. By the end of 2005, she had helped herself and fellow investors get clear of those risky loans entirely, well ahead of the 2008 downturn, a track record that reflects the sharp market instincts she still brings to every client relationship today.
Kelly's approach to real estate is as much about people as it is about property. In 2022, she worked with a widow in a historic Long Beach home who needed to downsize while her son wanted to relocate closer to support her. Rather than treat it as two separate moves, Kelly designed a solution where each could have their own space within one home. She purged decades of belongings, staged the home with the client's own furniture reimagined, and sold it $300,000 over list, all while sourcing the right new property in just two weeks. When the bank couldn't move fast enough to bridge the loan, Kelly connected her client with a hard money lender who could. Weeks later, her client told her she finally felt like she could exhale for the first time in years. That same care for building trust shows up in her investment work too: a young family who first trusted Kelly to lease their first income property came back for their second, where she negotiated the purchase price down by $250,000, giving them room to reimagine the multifamily property as an even more lucrative investment.
For Kelly, client relationships come first, always. Their needs, and their right to feel seen and heard throughout every step of a transaction, guide her approach from the smallest details to the biggest decisions. She brings that same intentionality to design, drawing inspiration from Sarah Sherman Samuel, Nate Berkus, and Justina Blakeney of Jungalow, a mix that shapes how she sees a home's potential when working with buyers and sellers alike.
Outside of real estate, Kelly is passionate about neurodiversity advocacy and spends her leisure time with friends and traveling. Her lifelong ties to Southern California, paired with her sharp business instincts and genuine investment in every client's story, make her a trusted partner for anyone navigating the Long Beach real estate market and beyond.
