Laura Law is a Senior Partner with Craft & Bauer | Real Broker, bringing nearly a decade of experience helping Southern California families buy, sell, and invest in the homes that shape their lives. Laura is known for a white-glove client experience paired with a sharper focus on building real wealth through real estate, whether that means a primary residence, a buy-and-hold investment, or a strategic flip.
Before joining Craft & Bauer, Laura co-founded Laura + Grant Real Estate alongside her husband. The team earned recognition as a Top Producing Team at The Agency Pasadena and ranked in the Top 1.5% of Realtors Nationwide for four consecutive years. Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and educated at UC Davis, Laura spent over 13 years as a senior buyer for national brands including Guess, Oakley, and Bebe. That career sharpened an exceptional eye for presentation, audience, and detail that she brings directly to how she markets and positions every home.
Laura closed 10 transactions in her very first year in real estate, right after having her second daughter, and has built her reputation almost entirely on referrals. That's not an accident. She listens first, problem-solves second, and never loses sight of one simple goal: leaving every client in a better place than she found them.
Laura draws design inspiration from Shea McGee, whose work she admires for being clean without being cold. It's intentional, edited, and elevated, with nothing extra and nothing missing. That utility-first sensibility mirrors how Laura approaches her own business: every detail purposeful, nothing wasted.
Beyond client work, Laura plays an active role in growing the Craft & Bauer team, supporting recruiting efforts and helping talented agents find a place where they can genuinely thrive. She also brings a distinct edge in social media strategy and video production, creating content that cuts through the noise and connects, a skill set that's increasingly rare and increasingly valuable in today's market.
In the community, Laura serves on the board of Foothill Family, a cause close to her heart. When she's not working or giving back, you'll find her on the golf course or in the gym, bringing the same competitive drive to her workouts that she brings to every transaction.
