Alexsander Cullins
ESTATE AGENT
Alexsander Cullins is an Estate Agent with Craft & Bauer | Real Broker. Born and raised in Pasadena, California, he brings deep community roots and a builder's understanding of what it takes to turn a house into a home. As a Director of Project Management & Business Development, Alexsander led residential design-build projects from the first client consultation through planning, permitting, and construction coordination, giving him a rare command of every phase of the homeownership and home-building journey. That background allows him to guide buyers, sellers, and homeowners with a level of insight that goes well beyond the transaction.
Alexsander's real estate practice is grounded in relationships built throughout the Pasadena and Altadena communities, where he has helped clients buy, sell, and rebuild with clarity and care. His work took on even greater meaning in the wake of the Eaton Fire, where he played a key role in supporting affected homeowners by coordinating rebuild projects, managing client communications, and helping families take meaningful steps toward restoring their homes. For Alexsander, this work is personal, and it reflects a commitment to strengthening neighborhoods and standing beside the people who call them home.
His philosophy is rooted in trust, transparency, and consistent communication. Alexsander believes every client deserves honest guidance, timely updates, and a partner who genuinely listens, whether they are purchasing their first home or navigating the complexities of rebuilding. His goal is always to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible while keeping each client's best interests at the center of every decision. That same thoughtfulness shapes how he sees design itself, drawing inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright and his gift for creating homes that blend seamlessly with their surroundings while remaining functional, light-filled, and timeless for the families who live in them.
Beyond his work, Alexsander is passionate about giving back to the Pasadena and Altadena communities, particularly in helping families recover and rebuild after the Eaton Fire. He is dedicated to mentoring young professionals, promoting homeownership, and supporting local organizations and neighborhood initiatives. When he is not working, Alexsander enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and going deep-sea fishing, along with exploring new neighborhoods and connecting with the friends, colleagues, and community he serves.
