Grant Law brings nearly two decades of Southern California real estate experience to every agent and client relationship he touches, as an operator, a coach, and a trusted advisor on some of the region's most significant transactions.

Grant built and operated a residential brokerage that grew to over 125 agents, developing the systems, culture, and leadership infrastructure that turned a small firm into a genuine operation. His tenure as principal managing broker gave him a full view of what makes a real estate business actually work, from compliance and recruiting to production culture and agent development. That perspective informs everything he does today.

From there, Grant co-founded Laura + Grant Real Estate with his wife and partner, Laura Law. The team became the top producing unit at The Agency Pasadena in 2019 and has since earned Real Trends recognition as a nationwide top 1.5% team for five consecutive years, from 2021 through 2025. That result came from applying operator-level thinking to a client-facing business and building systems that produced consistently rather than relying on hustle alone.

For four years alongside that run, Grant worked as a dedicated real estate coach, partnering with agents across the country on a singular mission: helping producers break through to $500,000 in annual GCI and beyond. Through systematic, business-level coaching, he worked with hundreds of producers to identify what was holding them back and build the plans to break through it. That coaching background shapes how he leads, recruits, and develops agents to this day.

That experience is now the foundation of his role as Director of Growth at Craft & Bauer | Real Broker. Grant's focus is building a team of professionals who are serious about leverage, income architecture, and long-term wealth, not just the next closing. On the client side, Grant operates as a Broker Associate and strategic partner to Laura Law, bringing Managing Broker-level depth to every transaction they work together. He has advised buyers and sellers through every market condition the San Gabriel Valley has seen over the last two decades, with broad working knowledge of the Orange County and San Diego markets as well. His early background in real estate finance adds a layer of structural fluency to every transaction. He understands not just how to close a deal, but how to protect everyone at the table when it gets complicated.

Beyond real estate, Grant serves on the boards of two San Gabriel Valley nonprofits: Foothill Family, which provides wraparound support for families through education, school resources, and financial assistance, and Jericho Road Pasadena, which connects volunteers with nonprofits throughout the community. Both reflect the same belief that drives his professional work: lasting impact comes from building the right infrastructure around people, not just showing up when it's convenient.

He believes every meaningful conversation begins with understanding someone's why, whether they're an agent building a career or a family navigating the largest financial decision of their lives. The transaction is never really the transaction. It's a life decision that happens to involve real estate, and his job is to make sure every step serves the actual outcome.
