Linzi Fenix
Estate Agent
Linzi Fenix is an Estate Agent with Craft & Bauer | Real Broker, bringing a rare blend of artistry, intellect, and disciplined execution to Los Angeles real estate. With an extensive professional performance career spanning Broadway and national tours, she understands the power of preparation, timing, and presence - skills that translate seamlessly into guiding clients through one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives.
A summa cum laude graduate of Fordham College at Lincoln Center’s Honors Program, Linzi pairs creative intuition with exceptional analytical rigor. Her academic achievements include early qualification for high-IQ societies and a first-runner-up scholarship through the Miss America Organization - foundations that shaped her methodical, data-informed approach to real estate. She brings professional maturity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence for every client she serves.
For Linzi, real estate is deeply personal. It’s the next act in a client’s life story. She approaches every relationship with focused listening, thoughtful collaboration, and clear strategy, ensuring her clients feel confident, supported, and expertly guided from curtain up to closing. Her design sensibility is equally intentional, inspired by livable modern influences that balance authenticity and comfort, an ideal fit for clients drawn to the edge of Arts District loft living or the character of a Mount Washington Craftsman.
A Downtown Los Angeles resident, Linzi has an authentic connection to the fabric of Los Angeles and is in tune with the city’s creative and cultural pulse. Her passion for community extends beyond real estate through longstanding service in mental health facilities and weekly volunteer shifts in the ER at Cedars-Sinai, reinforcing her belief that health, dignity, and housing are deeply interconnected. She actively supports organizations serving LA’s most vulnerable populations and brings that same compassion into her work with clients.
Outside of real estate, Linzi trains for marathons alongside her beloved tripod rescue dog, Lieutenant Dan, often pushing his running stroller through DTLA, Echo Park Lake, and the Rose Bowl. When not on the pavement, she can be found exploring the city’s most authentic eateries, uncovering hidden wine cellars, or immersing herself in Los Angeles’ nightlife and cultural institutions. Whether in life or real estate, Linzi is driven by connection, intention, and the pursuit of a beautifully lived experience.
